I have the same problem.
I just install the Greddy TD 04 Turbo Kit
And sometimes when i stop the car will shut off.
And idleing is pretty much low compare to the stock one.
Most of the time around 650-700 RPM.
So i guess i need a tuneing somehow.

WTF? And how's that?
He hasn't provided any details besides, "It's a GSR Motor," and, "It turns off when I come to a stop."
Those two clues indicate a wide range of possible problems in the motor.
I don't see how you narrowed it down to "dying fuel pump."
Reminds me of my CS professor from college...
Every time there was even the smallest problem with his computer, his solution would be, "I guess I should re-format the hard drive."
um..yeah, here's a thought. Get some details, think about it just a little bit, then provided an educated guess- Instead of telling people to go replace shiet which might be unnecessary to replace.
Aside from asking this guy for more details. Here's the question that everyone should've been asking first.
"Are you getting any CELs?"
