Why doesn't the EG/DC rear suspension swap over to the EK?

First, i found that the eg rear lca's are about 1" shorter than the ek. If your including that in the suspension you mentioned.

If you use the eg suspensions, with you ek lca you can try to cut the metal thats surrounded buy the rubber bushings. If thats what your trying to do?

i know, i am there all the time. All i ever seem them for is EG/DC
I hear i can make the EGs work pretty simply for the EK chassis now.
I hear the EK rear LCA bushing is thinner than the EG/DC shock fork ( so there is a small gap between the two ). so I just need to use a washer or two to fill between the wider shock fork and thinner bushing.

If you get some thick washers you should be fine. I know some coil over set are the same for 92-95 and 96-00 for the rears, but they add some fatty washers for them.

you are saying the EK bushings are too wide for the EG shock mount forks. BUT, i hear from everyone else its the EK bushings that are too narrow for the EG shock mounts, thus needing washers to fill the gap.

Re: (Luserkid)
The front shocks from the eg and ek are all the same and will fit fine.
The rear, if your useing eg shocks with eK LCA you will need spacers.
