You guys want some Iraqui-made products or something? Your Sony TV is made in Japan, throw that away since it's JDM, ummm no... If that anti-shock strap isn't labeled ad JDM and gets its job done, you know you'd jump on it in a sec. </TD></TR></TABLE>

you COMPLETELY missed the point. The point isn't where it is made. the point is how the product improve your car's performance. Things like altezza tail lights, spoon radiator hoses, and the jdm parking pole do not improve your car's performance at all. On the JDM topic, we are making fun of how people will call anything JDM to sell it. Go to ebay and search for JDM. You'll get about 15,000 results, and maybe only 15 are really a JDM part. Even out of those 15, probably only 5 would be worth spending money on. Is it really worth the time and money to buy a piece of rubber from japan to install on the bottom of your car because you are too lazy to put your feet on the ground before you touch the metal of your door?

Hehe you guys got all bent out of shape because I told you about an observation I made while I lived in Japan.

The auction I posted if you even bothered to look at it, does not have one shred of jdm hype in it. Yeah the part was marketed in japan(from what can be told by the pictures), but that was totally irrelevant to my point....
Which was:
There are products out there that prevent you from being zapped while exiting your car. That's it.

continue flaming

ok this will solve all your problems...open the door while sitting down... (duh).... stand on the edge of your floor... count to 3... and take a leap out of your car... but make sure you dont touch the door.... then walk back to your door.. and gently kick it shut...NO NEED TO BOOT THE GAME WINNER in a soccer game.. just gently push it shut with your shoe....then walk away like the idiot you are just because your not man enough to take a small shock!!!!

oh by the way this isnt a serious post...

so what if that rubber piece is popular in japan? heck if i hade this shock problem i would buy it! its jdm tite! beside if they would sell it here i would just buy it here. unless the jdm ones would be made of better material, that would last longer.

i didnt read any posts,

TO AVOID SHOCKS

shut off car, get out of car, WHILE HOLDING ON TO THE DOOR, PREFERABLY A METAL PART, once completely out, and both feet are on floor, go ahead and let go of door, now when u close the door, u wont get shocked.

youre welcome
