why do Honda engine torque mounts suck so bad?
I have an LSD tranny and have now successfully broken the second set (both tranny and driver side). I guess I'm going to have to break down and buy the urethane inserts. Anyone have any wisdom to share?

Well if you are using any motor other then stock, then that probably explains it.

that's what i'm gonna do. i hear it works just fine, and it only costs $10. you could even just fill up your busted mounts.

this is very true.... i put a gsr motor in two days ago and today the tranny-side torque mount snapped one of its legs.... luckily i have another one. going to need inserts in a hurry, though.

i believe they're like 30 bucks... plus shipping. and you have to press them in, instead of just putting that window weld stuff in there real easy.

yeah you press them in with your fingers, which is easier than making window weld ghettoness.
