why cant i send or post anything
i cant post send someone an pm, nothing how can i put stuff up for sale if i am not allowed or given permission what do i have to do?

i know i just posted here but if i try to im or im someone in another thread for example this for sale thread it sais something about being forbidden to post
but there is an icon at the right of the avatar or each member.
