Default Why am I blowing out the clutch master cylinder?

I'm not a HARD to the floor clutch guy.
In fact, only the first two inches of pedal is needed to disengage the clutch.
This is the second one now. The original had ~100k, the second about half that.
A leak developes at the seal, at the shaft that connects to the pedal.
Is it out of adjustment at the pedal?
The threads are about in the middle I guess.

TIA

sounds like the shaft-to-pedal needs to be adjusted.....clean it up really well and apply some RTV silicone at the seal....that should shut her mouth
