who's using tien basic dampers?
im shopping around for a new susopension set up and thought i wanted to try these. looking for feedback and suggestions from anyone using them. thanks.

im using basic tien dampers on my ride... they're a whole lot better then stock... plus tiens is tiens edfc or not... down side, pillow ***** not included... but everything else is bomb... you'll feel the difference...

No, they aren't. Basics are overpriced and suck for what you're spending on them. I'd pony up a few extra dollars and get some Koni Yellows with Ground Controls. That way you'll have an adjustable shock with whatever spring rates you want instead of a poser entry level coilover.

Yes, they are stiffer than stock, but that's not saying much. And you've got to be kidding about the "tein is tein" comment...

im not looking for GREAT performance, i use it as a daily driver, and run 1/8 miles every now and then. just wanted to sit alittle lower and have a decent response to the road. isnt it better to get the same brand shock and coilover cause they were made to work with eachother? what else is available for thAT price range? any other suggestions? thanks
