That car, I owned it. As in OWNED IT ON THE STREETS... bawauhaahha. jk. Its clean. Why are you asking who owned it, feel like giving the parts back? I mean, you paid for it, theives are out everywhere but if he stole my **** and you bought it, I wouldn't ask you back for it. I'd try and find him and beat the **** out of him by asking you.

Wings West CTR replica. I have one of those on my car. What makes him think it's his part?

Its called receiving stolen goods if they can prove its his the cops can take it and might even impound to check it out for other stolen parts

he making mad claims this and that but we have problems with him and i bought the car off my boy in jersey but he traded his gsr for the ek and it originally had the wing when it was traded so if i can get him to prove it was on the car before the car was even trade then bought then it's good enough swash all the beef. thanks!

pft there is no drama that just sounds like someones poor attempt at a con job I mean I can understand lets say if you had some like super rare rims or something that would prly hold more water then a CTR wing considering theyre everywhere thats all IZ be sayin

Oh no! Eran had a CTR wing too. I bet he flew to PA and stole it from those guys. Or maybe all of EK SQUAD stole the wing and they're slowly passing it around their group.
I mean, I've never seen any CTR wing besides that one. They're super rare.
Seriously, what proof do they have? How is that one different?

He's actually clear on this one. Purchasing the car legitimately (with title and bill of sale) precludes him from being charged with receiving stolen property. It's similar to buying a TV from someone that turns out to be stolen. If you have a receipt, you wont be charged with the crime.
I believe that that the burden of proof is on the accuser in your case. If the guy can prove the wing was stolen from him, you may be forced to give it back to him... but I doubt it. Legally, you don't even have to show him the wing, or speak to him at all.
Good luck.

jeebus does this guy realize he owns a honda and there are really no parts someone else wont have on their car?? that is bullshit just tell him he needs to quit being a baby about getting his wing jacked and move on with life. my neighbors stole my old car and had the parts in their garage.. i just had no proof

Re: WHO USED TO OWN THIS CAR (93egSLEEPER)
Real CTR wing doesn't have an LED does it? That's the WW knock off huh? Maybe I'll look into that for the 96 Hatch I got as a beater while my EM1 stays safe & garaged until this house shiznit goes down...
