No one. It would be a great invention though.
aftermarket shortshifters are they same size in length, just a bigger bearing at the bottem. The only thing you can do, and i dont recommend this, is to physically cut your shortshifter.

Yeah, just cut. Will not effect anything but looks...
I did this on my prelude because I didn't like holding my stick that high. Was a lot easier to rest my arm, and it looked pretty decent!

My B&M is a little shorter physically than stock. My brother had a dc sports in his EK and it was VERY short; I always thought something was wrong with it because the shift **** sat about 2 or more inches lower than stock.
