Who has a 2002 LX?
Who has a 2002 Civic Lx, 4-door, manual or auto...
that knows your stock 1/4 or 1/8 mile time or 0-60 mph time?
I KNOW this is a noob question, but this is very important to me, and yes, I did search.
Any other info. on this car reguarding speed and how fast it is, and what cars you've beaten in it would be very, very helpful.
Thank you in advance.

do a search on google and you will find out the 1/4 mile times. i would say about 17 or so. the auto being slower than that. can probably beat a hyundai or something. maybe a kia

yeah, thats what I figured. but I kinda need 17.x time. I just need to be 100% positive that my car is not as slow as his. note that I did not say fast. I got all the weights, power at what RPM's, and stuff, and they are very close.

My friend has a 03 DX manny sedan stock - beat it with my 00 cx hatch auto stock - straightline and twisties. Like the new d17a s though, direct port ignitions a new one for the civics - car prolly has some potential and nice suspension design.
If you've looked into this topic of thread help would nice ! https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=684878

for the 1996 versions of the hx and lx, the 0-60 times are the same, but the lx 1/4 time is .1 slower than the hx.
But...the 2002 lxs do have the 1.7 liters, so it gets all its torque about 1,000 RPMs before I do. It's also non-vtec, and hx is vtec-e.
Looks like it's gonna be a close one folks.
If anyone knows the exact time for a '02 LX I still would like to know. thanks
