Who do you use for insurance?

Re: Who do you use for insurance? (Spade)
I used to be with State Farm, then I realized they were overcharging me. I was paying them around $500/mo. With Farmers Insurance I got the same coverage for $265. I stayed with them ever since!!!

Oh yeah, 250 deductable on both the 00 HX and the 97 EX.....plus 20,000 renters insurance with a 100 deductable = 147 a month. Did I forget to mention that the wife has had her lisence for only nine months?

man, for $68, you must have a perfect driving record , more than one car, the lowest premiums, and over 25 years of age and must be married. right? If not correct me, tell use how to get that low of an insurance rate, please. I pay $128 a month. That's b/c I was sited for a 101mph ticket almost 3 years ago. I was a careless driver, things have changed of course. I'll be 25 by the end of January, and married in a couple of years.

I've had geico, progressive, and allstate. Progressive has given me the best rates of the 3. They've been pretty good with any changes i've needed to make also.

i use USAA and always have....i pay 200 a month for 2 cars full coverage on my primary car, 500 dollar deductable. it may be a little high but they have always treated me right and done the right thing.
when i first got my car and after i had dropped it and put new rims on it the tires were slashed in my driveway and my windshield banner and rear 1/4 window decals were slashed up w/ a razor blade. so USAA paid for 2 new tires and gave me 65bux for my decals...not bad. and just to clear things up my car is now decal free

I've been using progressive for about 4 years now and haven't had a problem with them yet. Cheap rates and fast, reliable service.

StateFarm can suck my left ball, the bastards.
I have a pretty horrible driving record -- a few of my better citations are framed.
Once I bought a house and consolidated my car & my house insurance, they became a LOT more forgiving. I guess dropping me because of speeding isn't as palatable once they know they'll also lose my $350 a year in house insurance -- which is all profit to them.

State Farm was the cheapest for me....that is for a good company! I don't think I would want to have coverage through companies like geico or safe auto.....their plans aren't very good, and the low prices seem a bit fishy. If you have any tickets or accidents, the $$ sky rockets!
I like State Farm.....no complaints yet! insurance kinda sucks no matter what you have though.....you pay so much and then you have high deductibles that don't help worth a ****!
