white smoke cause by radiator water?

my b16 engine has terrible white smoke during high rev... and recently i noticed tat my radiator spare tank water is decreasing... Would i need to change my head gasket?? how serious could it be?? please help...

Yeah, sounds like a blown head gasket. Replace it before the engine overheats, which will destroy the engine.
