if you are not missing any coolant it could just be the fact that it is cold outside and it is just condensation. If not then it is most likely your head gasket that has taken a turn for the worse.

and the 8ball says, it's a "head gasket leak"

I love that answer for this question, I don't mean to be an ***, but most of the time, white smoke out the exhaust = head gasket leak..

GL fixing it

GL fixing it</TD></TR></TABLE> False, if the head gasket went it would be pouring white smoke. Like everyone else but this guy said (dont mean to be an *** or anything) it probably is due to the fact its cold out. Is this something you just noticed like you walked by when it first started? When its smokin, smell the exhaust if its a sweet smell(you will know) then it is coolant leaking. Is it thick white smoke? Pop off you oil cap and make sure the oil isnt all milky. Let us know.

If it is a head gasket leak what exactly is leaking to cause the white smoke? He said his coolant level does not change.

that's why I assumed it was a leak instead of blown, a leaky head gasket lowers coolant of months timespan, but hey, it was only an idea... My benz headgasket leaked for 4 years (still hasn't blown), had to add a quart every 3 months or so, you can't notice any exhaust smoke or anything and you can't notice a considerable difference
