aren't you supposed to mix coolant with water in your radiator?....could also be the head gasket

Not good, coolant/water burning. Now comes the fun part where you figure out where it's coming from. If it was the headgasket, it would smoke at any rpm, not just higher rpms.

White smoke is coolant, but with a bad HG, it would smoke all the time. Are you sure it's white? I get some very light gray / sometimes black smoke when I'm into VTEC or high RPMs; which is normal, and a pretty common occurence.

i see white on my rear view mirror on high RPM and when my dad followed me he also thick white smoke on high RPM's specially when it hits vtec
on low RPM's there's no smoke and the head gasket is like 1 month old

are you sure its not blue smoke (oil)? That is common at high rpms. a compression test can tell you if yuor rings are still good. try the compression test, and if the #'s are low, pour a little oil in the cylinders and do the test again. If the #'s go up, then your rings are on their way out.

This is what mine is doing now, I need a tune up. But I do believe it is my head gasket.

you can buy the kit at autozone real cheap, but I'm sure there's someone around who can do it for you if you want (it'll prob cost more than the kit though).
