whining noise from steering
on my ek4 i get loud whining noise only when pulling away and steering is turned quickly over 1/2 lock. im useless with cars so need basic info on stuff i should be lookin for

fluid level is fine but will check ps belt tommorow. seems i have to loosen 2 bolts (what torque spec ?) and then turn wing nut, should i turn wingnut by hand until cant turn anymore or use some pliers to turn even more once hand tight ?
