look at the lower radiator hose. follow it up into the engine block. at end of the hose is were the theromstat housing is at. There should a bronze/gold looking sensor attached to the housing on the left side with two wires attached to it. that is the temperature sensor. while you there I recommend replacing the thermostat too(it's inside the housing). You're suppose to replace both at the same time. both are relatively cheap too.

BTW ex models don't come in 1.5L, they're 1.6L

BTW ex models don't come in 1.5L, they're 1.6L
