Default Where to purchase catalytic converter?

I have an awful rattling sound coming from my cat. and I was wondering where could I purchase a replacement catalytic converter? I live in CA so it would have to be SMOG legal and I checked at Honda and the $1,100 price does not sound too amusing to me. So are there any places online where I can get one? Thanks.

Check to see if your cat is the same as one off an '00 GSR. If it is, I'll sell you mine.

I got the same ****, Carsound

Try a junkyard for a stock cat as well, I don't want to recommend an aftermarket one b/c I don't know all the rules in Cali.

I'm only asking $60 plus shipping for mine.

Bought it from a fellow H-Ter who lied and told me it was an ITR cat.

L4NDO, going back to your original predicament. Did you ever check to see if it's just the heat shield rattling against something? This thread turned into a cat for sale thread when none of us really know the root of your problem.
