To answer your question, the DOHC VTEC sticker usually goes below the door impact plastic trim at the rear quater panel section.
For the other stickers, the most common ways are below the side mirrors in a vertical format. Some place the stickers on the skirts one after the other in a horizontal format.
Some do so on the windshield, on an angle or straight up. Some put then on the centre of the hood.
Really, it is anywhere you please. But for me, I put club stickers or other type of self-designed stickers on the glass (front/rear window, side window and moonroof) so it is easy to remove and I don't need to worry about paint scratch or using harmful chemicals to do so.
Also, some people like symmetrical layout. I like single side only.

this is a tech forum, where is the tech? try appearance and cosmetics next time, and learn to spell VTEC. That's why I flamed you.

It's like being a freshman in high school you're going to get picked on by the upper classmen especially if you do something wrong or fu(ked up, this forum is for tecnical advice mainly, where to place decals is nothing ppl here want to read about or give advice on. appearance/cosmetic they will probably be glad to help you out with it, just be careful of where you post what questions if you really want helpful answers. Try not to be a wiggly worm freshman and you'll be alright.

Re: (B-A-N-A-N-A-S)
I put all my stickers on my toolbox or 50 gal. air tank.
Stickers on your car is gonna make you noticable to only two types of people: cops and theives. jmo.

I'd place them in the garbage....
Nah, I'm kidding! Buy a fender from a junkyard and have it painted real nice. Then take the fender to a decal shop and have them put the decals on there for you real nice.
Then hang up the fender in your garage!
