If your car does not have vtec, 2 more wires must be added. A yellow wire with a green stripe for the vtec solenoid can be found on the engine harness and must be pinned in at A4. The vtec oil pressure sensor can be found as a blue wire in the harness and must go to D6.

one of the oil pressure wires is ground so just use the one the thermostat housing, the other wire goes to A4 plug
then vtec solenoid goes to D6
also to add, since your car is a CX your 02 will need to be changed to 4-wire type (from the one wire)
one of 'my' pdf scans with OBDI diagram

I've got a 95 civic with a D15b7, swapping in a D16Z6. Got the P28 ECU. Is this green connecter the VTEC oil pressure sensor? Also, where is the wire for the Knock sensor? Tell me where to look and I'll try to take another pic.

Yes that is the Vtec pressure switch connector. P28 doesn't look for knock...
