I currently have a D16z6 Motor with the greddy 15g turbo kit. i was told to get cold sparkplugs i looked on NGK's site and they show just the oem stuff. if somone can please help i wanna get the coldest spark i can and a model number might be helpful as well

Go to your local parts store and get some ngk's 1 step colder per 50 hp added, at least that was my guideline. I am pretty positive I'm using 7 series plugs and I believe stock is 9.

I also have the greddy "kit", just be sure to gap them correctly to.

not sure how much hp this beast has i just bought it but from the looks of it, it needs new plugs and they are running OEM plugs also what should the gaping be on a turboed?

Well a good gap for boosted honda's (pushing not too much boost) is around .028-.035...I am gapped around 0.34. And the model number of plugs I have is NGK BKR-7E. I am pushing roughly 180-190whp at 8psi with the 15g turbo.
