Where is the jack in a '99-'00 civic coupe?

Where is the jack in a '99-'00 civic coupe?
It's not under the carpet in the trunk. All there is in mine was a spare tire and the tools. Where can the Jack be found?

It wasn't up against the back of the trunk? If you look all the way to the back of the trunk (as close to the bumper as you can get) it should be stuck right in there.
