Where is a good place to place a shock sensor, that would feel most of the shock, (ie. hitting window, hitting door...etc.)

Re: Where is a good place for the Shock Sensor? (intezn)
Mine's under the cover where the coin pocket is in my EK. I like it there and it will go off if the car is bumped.

i know i had mine installed at a circut city n they put it in the front bumper area... for when they try to jack up da car... itll feel the shock from that... for windows, you have to get a listening device thing that specifically listens for glass breaking sounds and no other... check http://www.directed.com for more info on all that kinda stuff...

Re: (uranazo)
my car was broken into before, some damn theft smashed my passanger side window and now I added an alarm.
Still not enough, few days ago, another possible theft tried to peek inside my car from the rear hatch glass....
I need a proximity sensor now......
I have a Viper 1000ESP, would it work with a proximity sensor?
And where is a cheapest place to get one?
thanks
