i searched but the other threads just gave simple details about actuators and relays. i dont know much about these either. but i would like to know where to get these and wat else do i need for the conversion. i am planning to get keyless entry alarm system also. prolly a autopage 750lcd or 850 lcd. i think on jackmoves.com has installation stuff for it. but if u guys can give me anymore info on this stuff i gladly appreciate it. i wish someone had make a faq or diy about this since so many people dont have power locks on their old egs'


side question. with this alarm system can i do an autostart for a manual?

its gonna be a lot of work. you have to pretty much take out your whole enterior and change out your interior wiring harness. you can go the the junk yard and pull everything you need from a civic with power locks. yes you can get remote start for a manual. you need a clutch bypass switch are something like that. i saw a post on this about a month ago giving step by step instructions on this conversion.

does it matter wat civic u get it from. or do u need to get it from the same model. i saw someone selling some and it came out of a 96+civic. will it make a difference?

sweet i stop by my performance shop today and they had a set just laying around there. now its time to put those suckers in and then learn how to put in the alarm myself. haha
