Default where to get 96-98 fender?

Can someone recommend a website to get a driverside 96-98 fender? It can be actual OEM or OEM replica, doesn't matter.

I don't really want to go to the junkyard because they normally don't have what I'm looking for or it is almost always in **** poor condition.

Thanks.

I've ordered a fender online before, wasn't a fun experience. A month later I had no fender (they sent the wrong one and said it was the right one even after I took pics and showed them it was the wrong one) but they sent my money back and had me destroy the old fender.

I then went to the local junk yard and had the guy order me a fender. Cost me $90 instead of the $100+shipping and fit perfectly.

Eh maybe I should at least try the junkyard.

Wasn't there a site or something that sold honda body parts for cheap though? I could've sworn there was..

Or try passwordJDM we just got some new fenders with the side marker holes in them for a good price.

I was considering the sidemarker fenders but I don't really have time, I just need one driver side fender that I can just put on before paint.

Thats what I was looking for, I'm going to see how much they are there. I might actually try to hit up a few junkyards on saturday morning, which leads me to another question.

Will 96-98 sedan fenders work on my hatch? Or do I need to stick with coupe/hatch fenders only?

I suggest a junk yard fender before and aftermarket one. At least the junk yard fender is and OEM part as long as it hasn't been changed before. Ya get what ya pay for with aftermarket, sometimes they fit with no problem, sometimes not. Thats what i've learned, I order crash parts for my job and used to do body work.

yeah, you don't have to buy it from a junk yard if its not in good shape. just check there before you go aftermarket IMO

All USDM '96-98 Civic fenders are the same, regardless of body style.

I generally stick with OEM or used OEM body parts. Aftermarket panels tend to fit poorly, particlarly the polypropylene parts like bumper covers. I have gotten a handful of aftermarket sheet metal panels that had acceptable fitment - but then again, I've also gotten aftermarket sheet metal that has fit poorly. I've never seen an OEM part that didn't fit properly.

Yeah you're probably right. I don't want a fender that fits like ****. So I guess I'll hunt down an OEM one somewhere
