Default Where to find the Honda belt tension gauge?

Well I'm now in the process of gathering parts together in order to change my timing belt and all the little accessory belts too while I'm at it.

However, the Helm's manual I have here (for a 93 Del Sol Si) says that I should tension the belts using a belt tension gauge (T/N 07JGG-001010A is the specific one it shows), but I've not been able to locate this belt tension gauge. Anybody know how I might go about ordering it? Like a website or something.

Also...must I use this specific belt tension gauge, or can I just use any belt tension gauge? If I can just use any other belt tension gauge, which one(s) would you recommend that'll tension the belts accurately? I just want the right tools for the job so I don't screw it up the first time!

if it is a timming belt it is easy. when you go to remove the belt, lock the tensioner all the way loose. replace the belt, make sure the marks are where they need to be, then loosen the tensioner letting the spring pop it out. then rotate counterclockwise about 1 hour on the clock and tighten the tensioner. have done that for the last 6 years.
