Where does this part go? (need HELP! )
Hey guys, I'm doing an engine swap in my 95. Takin' out the D15B7. After pulling the axles out I noticed this part under the engine. Looks to me like a shock absorber for some bolt because the middle doesn't have threads and the surrounding is all rubber. I need to know where to put it back (onto a D16Z6) Heres a pic:

Check your mounts for lost bushings...that's not a shock absorber because it's got a metal sleeve in the middle of it. Metal doesn't absorb shock too well. I do agree, though, that it's probably from the shift linkage.
