im thinking its a ground... it comes out of the engine harness right by the dizzy and starter. it doesnt seem to go to anything.

Yep that is a ground which should be connected to the bolt on the water neck. This is for the ECU I think.

oh ok cool. only reason ia sked is because it was real thick and looked more important than a small little ground. alright thanks. btw is there any easy way to put axles back into the tranny easy? i can only get them in half way but they dont go all the way in

Yeah, thats the ground that goes on the thermostat housing. As for the axles, to get mine in, i usually hit the end of the axle with a rubber mallet and the shock of the mallet usually pops the axle into place.

With one end of the axle partially inserted in the transmission and the other in the free knuckle, push on the knuckle to force the axle splines to insert fully into the transmission (be careful not to damage the CV joints).

dont damage the seal or you will have to do the job twice and you dont want to see tranny fluid.

anyone got a pic of how far they go in? the look in on my car but there is still barely room but it looks like thats where it stops.
