Default Where do I buy a distributor for a JDM D15b? Also, is this P28 in pic socketed?

I just bought an eg hatch a month ago and it had a knock, so i ripped the head off and one of the valves was cracked. Rather than replace it I just bought a new "Z6" head off of c-list with a new Z6 head gasket as well. I'm working on installing it right now, but I'm at a standstill. its a B7/Z6 b.t.w.

The head didn't come with a dizzy or an I.M. so I figured I'd just c-list it again. I found a guy selling some parts and purchased an ECU [P28], Distributor, and a slightly used timing belt (believe me i was sketchy about the belt but it's a gates and in realllllly good condition, he says 300mi)

So I start slapping the head on and getting everything torqued down, got the timing belt on. Great I thought.
Here's where I get lost:

I go to put the dizzy on, and it doesn't fit. Its aftermarket so I cant tell what stamp it had on it. Two bolts line up and one doesnt, always. So I look into it a little more and realized the head is stamped P08-1

Upon further research this is what I came up with:

HEAD: D15B (JDM)
92 VTi D15B --- -- P08-1 (9/1)<-- RS of Code

A Z6 head should say:
92 Si D16Z6 5sp------- P08-2 (9/2) stamped on RS of code.
93 Si D16Z6 5sp-------P08-4 (9/3) stamped on rs of head
93 EX D16Z6 5spd----- P08-4
93 EX D16Z6 5sp-------P08-3
94 EX D16z6 5 spd---- PO8-2
94 Si D16z6 5sp-------- P08-3
94 EX D16Z6 5sp--------P08-4
94 SI D16z6 5sp -------P08-5
95 EX D16Z6 Auto------P08-2

After all my research the only thing that is relevant is that the VTI head is " Basically a Z6 "

So I got a JDM head??? How is that possible? I should have researched it more but im in too deep now.

Where can I purchase a dizzy or even parts for that matter for this head? Or does anyone have more info? I googled and googled with no luck

Oh yeah, one more question while I got you guys. I opened up the ECU because he said he had it socketed but not chipped (to be honest im not an electronics guy) and something on the inside just doesnt seem right. I know that this computer is for an automatic car b.t.w.

Is there supposed to be a chip in the red circle? i tryed googling images with not much luck. P28-A52

It's identical to a Z6 head. If the distributor doesn't fit it's not a Z6 distributor.

That looks right, automatic P28, '94 - '95 version. That thing circled in red is the socket for chip, hence why the guy you bought it from said it was socketed but not chipped.

all those heads are the same...whether its usdm or jdm. You simply just bought the wrong dizzy.

The D15B head is identical to the Z6 head. There was controversy over the cams being different, but someone got a bunch of the D15B engines and one in every like 15 was different. That's it.

If the distributor has the correct plugs, or you are willing to repin it, you can use it. You only really need one bolt to line up.

The ecu can be converted to manual very easily, just remove RP17 and solder a wire into the two holes for RP18.
