http://www.hidtech.com is one place but there have been people who got screwed by them because of unprofessional services. They are located in Flushing, New York. If you choose them and get screwed I can help you out... I'm located a half hour away.

I would check http://www.hidplanet.com and see if there are members over there willing to tackle a project for profit, you may be able to save yourself some cash if you're not willing to DIY.
