Where can i get a high flow cat for my 99 ek hatch?
What up,
I just got my exhaust put on. But i think my stock cat is clogged! So i'm looking to order a high flow cat. i was going to order one from hopupracing. but they only have them for the "si hatchback 1.6L" EX coupe 1.6L" EK sedan 1.6L" DX hatchback, coupe, sedan, 1.5L" and my car doesnt fall under any of them! So i called up and the guy had no clue which one fit my car?!? Does anyone know where i can find a cat for my 99 ek hatch???
thanks alot
BTW i have 2.25 custom piping

you can go to any local muffler shop and they should all have them and if not they can order them for you, but the charge so ******* much. just hit up ebay or something im sure they will have some on there

Your cat is integrated into your exhaust manifold. Nobody makes a high-flow replacement for the Y7 cat. Your best bet will be to purchase an aftermarket header for a Y8 and use a cat for a Y8. Your catback exhaust will have to be shortened. You'll also probably have to extend/re-route your O2 sensor wire or something.
