Where can I get a cup holder that holds double BIG gulps?
^^^ Where can I find some sort of addon to hold down my double big gulps but still be able to hold a regular size cup?

That's a great question, but I don't think any addition to the EG cup holder is going to be strong/short/badass enough to hold a big gulp. The EK cup holders are also pretty close to the dash/cd player mounting area, so I'm not sure if you'll have any luck there either.
That said, I know there's a website that caters specifically to cup holders. You'll have to google for it because I don't remember the name. Happy hunting.

A good concept you may need to look for would be some static cupholders, like a tray. They'll need to be deep. A large diameter up higher, with a shelf for the big gulps to rest on, and a narrower section farther down, to hold onto the smaller cups, you know what I mean? Simple and sturdy may be what you want.
I don't know if there's anything that can be compressed/retracted that I can think of, but good luck, and post it up if you find it, or especially if you fabricate it!

EK cup holders absolutely suck with big cups, they are very shallow. I was driving home from wendy's one day and took a left turn onto my street, and I look over, only to see my biggie size dr. pepper mid-way through a front flip into my passenger door panel and then all over the carpet.

Since I'm sure many people in this thread have had to deal with or will have to deal with stains from sodas and such, I wanted to pop in and tell you all that oxy cleaners will remove soda stains and stickiness.

ahh yes the EK cup holders suck to high hell. I constantly spill my extra large coffes from Dunkin because of them. Luckily I have no carpet right now but i took some foam to make the cup fit better in the stock cup holders but I know nothing of cupholders to accomodate big gulps. GL tho

Re: (hatching)
its kinda gay but they have those cupholders you can buy at vatozone and advance auto that slide down into where the window goes. They have various sizes and configurations to even hold coffee mugs......
just don't forget it and shut the door, it will then be all over your interior.

yes, even smaller drinks will not fit where the cup holder is bc it hits the radio area... i usually try and only haul around a resealable drink such as a coke w/ a screw on lid.

Re: (orb)
You should call them Genuine USDM Cupholders.
It'll be the next craze, lol.
But seriously, the guy likes double big gulps, and asked how he can get cupholders that will accomodate said big gulps. He didn't ask if he'd be considered pre-diabetic for asking this question, so just help him out with his question...

True, but even you just contradicted yourself with the USDM joke.

Re: (orb)
I already gave my helpful suggestion, where's yours at?
Oh, back on subject: You could probably use the ones mentioned above (the ones that fit into the window slot), and find/make yourself a mounting point for them somewhere along the shifter column. Just a suggestion.
