where can i find an oem lip kit for my 99 si

when i bought it, it didn't have it and i personally think the oem lip kit is all it needs to look good. while i am here, what about the type-r lips? are they worth the money?

Real 1999-2000 Civic Type R front lips are the same as real 1999-2000 Civic Si front lips.

Don't buy a Type R Style lip though. They look bad and cheap.
