Where can I find a JDM VSS drive gear?!

Where can I find a JDM VSS drive gear?!
Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I think it's the right one and maybe somone will be able to point me in the right direction hopefully.
Its the gear that is inside the tranny and turns the VSS. The USDM one is made out of plastic and is about 5mm bigger than the JDM one. I tried it and it doesn't work. This is going in a JDM Y21 tranny, all the shops in Toronto I've talked to will only sell me a whole tranny.
Someone please help point me in the right direction.

How do you do that? Is there a website or something?
I asked the local Honda dealership about it and they went nuts saying theres no way they'll try and get stuff from Honda Japan for me.

Find a Honda-Tech member in Japan and ask him if he'll find one for you.
