if ur talking about the Optional Audio Console for 92-95 civic's, check e-bay, I saw it for $110 Buy it now. Check around, u'll find some.

I just put mine down there w/o any other parts
took the plastic cubby out and expanded the hole a bit...inserted the metal sleeve, bent the tabs, and in the radio went.
No probs what-so-ever

That's what I did too. Your cup holder lid is not gonna open all the way though. Makes a good excuse not to drink in your car
