Default Where to buy t- for mech. oil press. gauge

I have been putting off installing my mechanical oil pressure gauge, but I really want to try to get it done tomorrow, since I know it won't take too long. My question is, where should I go to pick up a a t- for the back of the block. I stopped at the hardware store, but I don't want to buy a brass one, and they didn't have stainless steel ones. Maybe autozone or Murrays? Let me know what you think.

Brass works fine for me. I dont think anyone makes SS unless you special order it.

Thanks for the reply. I have read so many posts on here about not using brass, that I don't want to put it on and then have it break. Oh well, maybe I'll give it a shot.

The way brass breaks is when you put far to much weight on it. If you secure it or even relocate your T to your firewall you wont have any problems.

exactly what the other guys said, ive had brass fittings for years, and like mentioned above if you use teflon tape and dont over-torque the fitting you will be more than fine
