These guys are near my house, and they have a reputation for high quality swaps. They usually have a good selection of Honda motors:

1000 bucks for a JDM D15B, lol!
Hmotors is good if you have extra cash - but their prices are ridiculously high because of their low mileage & 100% startup warranty.
JSAmotors is good, cheaper, a lot cheaper.
So is car-parts.com - it's a site that searches scrap yards - very good for finding stuff.

Eh, it's only a 2-400 difference on D series motors, it's a bigger difference as the motor gets pricier.
