Where`s the best place to buy rocker panels?

Where`s the best place to buy rocker panels?
I have 95 civic(coupe) and i need rear 1/4`s and rocker panels. I searched on google and just get side skirts. Up here in Canada we have rust and you can`t buy a car without it unless you have all kinds of money.
Anyways if someone knows a place were you can this stuff other than the dealer. I work at honda and even with my discount it`s still $300 for a rocker each side.
