when you step on the brakes the speedo goes like 100 something mph
So my car wont start. I get plenty of fuel but no spark. I changed the dizzy out, ecu, main relay.
So when I try to start it the gauges go all crazy jumping around. When you step on the brakes the speedo goes nuts and when you put it in reverse(5 speed) for some reason it acts differently.
Any ideas? Thanks

have you checked all your grounds? something similiar happened to someone in the Prelude forum just the other day. almost exactly like you are describing when you hit the brakes. turned out to be a faulty ground cable from the battery to the engine.

happened to me when my transmission ground wasnt connected.
check that ground and the thermostat ground to make sure they are still connected and not broken
