Default Wheels good or not. PLEASE HELP

I found some ls webs for sale, froblem is one of em has some lip damage...........and im wodering if the rims will have problems holding air.......................

Most likely it will hold air and can be bent back in. But, that rim is not near as true as it was. Its not really a good deal IMO, I bought my meshes with tires that had 70% tread left (evenly worn) for $150. It may be an ok deal if they are good tires in tip top shape.
