Ok, what gives?I was getting a grinding sound from a shot bearing and had a bit of play in the wheel. So since had everything apart I replaced the lower ball joints and tie rod ends. Pressed the brand new hubs into the brand new bearings, slapped everything back together, and the wheel play is worse than ever. What gives?

Turns out GDD had the answer. I used an impact on the 32mm axle nut, but with a new bearing, you need to give it a few more whacks with an impact to preload/seat the bearing races.
Managed to get another 3/4 of a turn out of the axle nut. Bottomed it out and all is well now.
