Changed some on a '34 Ford rear end being used for a trailer axle once. Lot's and lots of PB Catalyst and a 2lb baby sledge got it done fairly quickly. The Ford had a flat spot on the stud heads to match a ridge on the back side of the mounting surface. Had to make sure that lined up. I don't know if Honda has the same ridge or not. When you get the old ones out you'll see that flat spot on the head if it's there.

Here is a DIY for changing the stud on an Accord. The Civic shouldn't be much different.

hammer out old one, then get a stack of washer, and tighten down a lug nuton the new one to pull it up into the hub

you have to go to autozone to rent a slide hammer with the wheel stud adapter. You just place the the stud adapter on the studs (your wheels are taken off) and attach the slide hammer to the adapter and just yank out the hub, then you hammer out the old broken stud and replace it with your new ones.
