hey all
new here...im from australia and own a jdm ek9..my question is will i be able to fit 17x9 wheels wearing 245/45/17 rubber with a +25offset..

i seriously doubt it most times it is 15-16" 205/50/15-16
that is alot of rim and rubber to fit in a stock wheel well let alone a lowered one

Unless you plan on doing a lot of custom fabrication, forget it.
17"s are too big to begin with and 9" is way too wide for a typical Civic without a lot of work.
As for the 245 series tire, my RWD 1993 Mustang Cobra only runs a 245 and it has nearly 300hp and huge wheel wells. You'd even be pushing it with 225s.
Finally, that offset is too aggressive for the Civic. Your typical Rotas are only +45 or so.
