Default wheel lug question need answer ASAP [96 lx]

can you put new wheel lugs in without pressing out the hub?

someone i know needs new lugs put in and i am unsure if it is a quick job, slide them in from behind or a shitty job that requires removing the spindle and pressing the hub out...

'Lugs' can be changed easily

Studs, which Im sure you mean, really need to have the hub removed first, and then the studs are pressed out and new ones in.
