Default Wheel Help!!!!

Ok get this....my car has been sitting for about 2-3 weeks now because one of my brake lines busted and I had to order new ones along with an E-brake cable.....now today I go to to take off the wheels (steelies) to install the new lines and they won't come off!!!! I sprayed them real good with WD-40 and beat on them with a rubber mallet for atleast 10-20 minutes they won't budge.....the more i beat on the the bigger the pile of rust below the wheel got, but still nothing; it seems as if the wheel has rusted directly to the rotor... Anyone have any ideas how the F*CK to get these things off because I'm defeated and out of ideas.....PLEASE HELP!!!!!

get a bigger hammer. let the wd40 sit for a while and they should come off. apply anti-seize before reinstalling.

Ok i've got an idea how to get the wheels off just wanted a second onpinion. I was going to get 2 2x4's and put my stock jack inbetween them under the car so as the jack opens it would force the 2x4's out against the back of both front tires.....any chance something will break if I do this?.....

Diagram:

[] = Tire
-- = 2x4
z = Jack
