Wheel fitment for 1997 honda civic hatchback?????
I had put this post in wheel/tire but no one responded to me so hopefully ill get some responses here. I am interested in buying some sprint hart cpr 16x7 with 50+ offset. Will these wheels fit my 1997 honda civic hatchback? Any info will help. Thanks.

Horrible offset, that high is like NSX or S2000 high offset. A 16x7 that has decent fitment on a Civic should be around et 30-35.
+50 might not clear calipers and if they do fit they'll look like sunken ***, you'll need to run spacers.

Re: Wheel fitment for 1997 honda civic hatchback????? (Skunk.Werks)
This set up that this particular car has is ideal for me. This set up is exacty what i want. If anyone has any information on this set up on offset/ wheel size then it would be a great help. Looks to me like 16x7 4x100. Offset i cant tell....Previous post said 50+ offset is way to high...is this true? for an ek hatch? thanks...

+50 is a crazy agressive positive offset. thats evo status man. the issue youll probibally run into will be the spring perch. if thats the case you can pick up a setof 5 or 10 mm spacers and some et lugnuts if need be. the one plus to having too high of an offset is that you can space it to correct it
the wheels on the car you linked would appear to be a +40 to a +42ish. this is a guess but i wholesale wheels for a living, so its an educated one lol
