if it helps... when i check between an ABS equipped integra and a non-ABS equipped integra, i have two different part numbers concerning the rear hub assembly...
Part #'s:
Non-ABS - 42200-SR3-A06
ABS - 42200-SR3-A53
and the ABS unit is about $30 more than Non-ABS..... FYI
NOW, for the FRONT wheel bearings, they are the same part #. i, however, do not know if if makes a difference if it is ABS or non-ABS, i just know they are different part #'s when it comes to the rear hub assembly.
Free Bump for someone that knows for sure.....

i was told that there is a difference in size between abs and non-abs.
the fronts do have the same part# 44300-S5A-004
the rear part# is different, the gsr is 42200-sr3-a53
the rs is 42200-sr3-a06.
if the set up you have is abs, it should have the mounts for the abs wire. also, i would just stick to getting abs parts just to play it safe.

Re: which wheel bearing on integra brake swapped eg? abs application vs non-abs (6SPD_EK)
the rear breaks, on the inner side of the hub will have a 'gear looking' ring around it
if it has it then it's ABS
speed ring = abs
no speed ring = no abs
and I'd get the bearing that matches your car just to be sure (should be same price or with in 10$ of each other)

Re: which wheel bearing on integra brake swapped eg? abs application vs non-abs (pk386)
hey - thanks guys.... you see brakes are ABS integra brakes going on a NON-ABS civic dx hatch. i will not be using abs
so i was hoping to save a few bucks & go non-abs hubs & bearings... I have got quite the project on my hands with a '94 eg (that will be receiving my k-swap) so I want everything like new from the get-go...
I know for the fronts if i don't replace the hubs I will go ABS bearings for piece of mind (just incase there is a bearing size difference. if i do replace the front hubs I will go with a civic/integra NON-abs combo
& actually for the rears there is substaintal savings to go non-abs hubs & bearings
