Default Whats the right suspension for a ek

ok so i had a 97 ek and i had the K Sport suspension on it but i didnt like how it wasnt a smooth ride.. any ideas of what suspensions are good and smooth for my next project???

Define smooth? What I'm trying to get at is my smooth and your smooth are not the same. The softer the springs you get the less harsh the ride will be. This also applies for how hard the dampers are set.

There is no one shoe fits all for the perfect suspension. I would suggest calling distributors and tell them exactly what you want. They will be able to direct you the quickest.
