What's MC and how do you bleed brakes for a 98 honda Civic?

you bleed brakes by putting a hose on the caliper nipple, immersing the hose in a pop bottle/jar of clean brake fluid (to prevent more air getting in the hose), and having someone pump the brake pedal while you open the bleeder screw/nipple - fluid and air comes out.
Tighten the bleeder screw up, release pedal, repeat 2-3 times per caliper.
Do in a cross pattern starting w/ rear right, then front left, rear left, front right.
Do it twice or more to get all the air out.
