whats faster mini me or d16?
whats faster a mini me or a full d16z6?
my crankshaft bearing burnt out on my d16 so i got a d15 block i was going to transfer everything onto.....but im wondering what id get out of it.......im leanign towards another gsr swap too bc i dont feel like doing all this work transfering parts.

with the exact same tranny, they will be the exact same. You basically MAKE a d16 out of a d15 with the d16 head etc... so yeah its the same.

depends...the d16 has .1 liter more of displacement, but the mini-me (b7/z6 head) has a 10.1:1 compression ratio, a full point over the Z6. So, it really is kinda trivial. I havent yet dynoe'd my mini-me so I wouldn't know. But I would have to say that a mini-me with a Z6 transmission would be faster than a straight Z6 swap.
