whats the diffrence?
between gs-r cam gears and itr cam gears. will i gain any power if swap the gs-r and put the itr cams gears on. its an b18c with i/h/e

the ITR cams have more duration and a little more lift. You will see a difference but be sure to get oo.o1 ITR cams as they have the most duration and are identical to CTR cams.
Get a VAFC and tune the fuel when you get them

Have to disagree. I have seen a power difference between a 98 and 2000 type-R intake cam so I know they will make more power than a GSR cam which makes less power than a 98 ITR cam. Intake cam is the only one of concern

Changing gears will do nothing. If you change the cams though, make sure you upgrade your valve train too. ITR valve springs and retainers should do.
